Amaranoc is Armenia’s leading holiday home reservation platform, connecting travelers and natives with a wide range of villas, cottages, and premium summer houses.

Designed to deliver both luxury user experience and operational efficiency, the platform goes beyond simple listings—offering a fully dynamic reservation system where pricing, availability, and booking conditions adapt in real time.

With multiple stakeholders—including users, property owners, and administrators—Amaranoc functions as a complete digital ecosystem, enabling property monetization, seamless booking, and data-driven decision-making.

The Idea

The goal was to create a platform similar to Airbnb—but tailored to the Armenian market—with deeper control over pricing logic, availability, and operational workflows.

The vision was to build a system where every property becomes a business unit, fully manageable, trackable, and scalable.

The Challenge

  • Designing a complex reservation logic with multiple variables:

    • Dates and availability

    • Number of guests

    • Overnight vs non-overnight stays

    • Weekend vs weekday pricing

  • Supporting both instant booking and reservation requests

  • Building advanced filtering and search capabilities

  • Managing multiple user roles (users, owners, admins, super admins)

  • Ensuring real-time synchronization between bookings and availability

  • Providing analytics and revenue tracking for property owners

  • Creating a scalable admin system for platform management

The Solution

We developed a fully-featured reservation marketplace:

  • Dynamic pricing engine based on multiple conditions

  • Advanced filtering (map, region, capacity, features, price, availability)

  • Multi-role ecosystem (users, owners, admins, super admins)

  • Real-time booking and availability management

  • Owner dashboards with revenue and performance analytics

  • Admin tools for moderation, promotion, and content management

  • Reviews and rating system to build trust

  • Special offers and promotional mechanisms
