This project focused on scaling and optimizing an internal education platform that was initially built using a vibe coding / low-code approach.

While the original system enabled early-stage operations, it lacked the structure and scalability required for growing usage and complex workflows.

Our role was to transform it into a robust, production-ready platform, including:

Refactoring core architecture for scalability
Rebuilding unstable and inefficient components
Structuring workflows for students, mentors, and submissions
Implementing secure role-based access control
Optimizing performance and data handling

The resulting platform provides a centralized system for managing student progress, mentor interactions, and submission tracking, replacing fragmented and manual processes.

The challenge

The platform had been rapidly built for validation but required significant restructuring to support scale and reliability.
