This project involved building a Uber-like taxi platform tailored for taxi companies, focusing on B2B operational management rather than direct consumer usage.

The system enables taxi companies to:

Manage and track drivers in real time
Handle ride requests and dispatching
Monitor fleet activity and performance
Digitize traditionally manual taxi operations

The platform includes multiple components:

Driver mobile app (ride handling, navigation, status updates)
Passenger interface (ride requests and tracking)
Admin dashboard (fleet, drivers, analytics, operations)

Unlike typical ride-hailing apps, this platform is designed as a white-label operational system for taxi businesses, giving them full control over their service.
