Description

This project involved building a secure therapist marketplace platform designed to connect verified therapists with clients through a structured and trust-driven system.

The platform focuses on quality over volume, ensuring that therapists go through a rigorous onboarding and verification process before becoming available to clients.

The system includes:

  • A secure admin panel for therapist verification and profile management

  • A therapist onboarding flow with structured data collection

  • A client consultation portal for submitting requests and initiating communication

Built with a phased approach, the platform prioritizes data security, compliance (HIPAA), and system integrity, making it suitable for handling sensitive healthcare-related information.

The challenge

The project required building a healthcare-related marketplace with strict requirements around data security, trust, and compliance.

  • Designing a secure onboarding system for therapists with structured verification
  • Building a scalable admin system for reviewing and approving profiles
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance for sensitive user data
  • Creating a trust-based matching flow between clients and therapists
  • Structuring complex profile data (experience, specialties, credentials)
